Ayurveda is an ancient system of holistic healing designed to keep you happy, healthy, and balanced. Ayurveda focuses on finding the root cause of illness. It works to prevent disease at the source, rather than solely treating symptoms. It teaches you how to find balance using diet, lifestyle and self-care practices.
You can work at your own pace. Each module takes about 2-4 hours to complete. Most. students complete the course and group cleanse in 4-6 weeks.
Most clients see immediate improvements in their wellness. Our bodies naturally want to be in balance. We just need to give ourselves the time and space to heal.
I am a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher. I am a Board Member of the Colorado Ayurvedic Medical Association. Before Ayurveda, I was an elementary school teacher so my background is in education. Using Ayurveda, I healed myself from dysbiosis (bad gut bacteria overgrowth), amenorrhea (lack of menstrual period) and anxiety & depression.
