Ayurveda is an ancient holistic healing system designed to keep you happy, healthy, and balanced. Ayurveda focuses on finding the root cause of illness. It works to prevent disease at the source, rather than solely treating symptoms. It teaches you how to find balance using diet, lifestyle and self-care practices.
You can work at your own pace. Each unit takes about 1-2 hours to complete.
I am a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher. I am a Board Member of the Colorado Ayurvedic Medical Association. Before Ayurveda, I was an elementary school teacher so my background is in education. Using Ayurveda, I healed myself from dysbiosis (bad gut bacteria overgrowth), amenorrhea (lack of menstrual period) and anxiety & depression.
